Have watched this several times now. It is similar to (but better than) ads in the US by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Each time I watch it it brings tears to my eyes. Perhaps I am just too sentimental or maybe too hopeful, but I see the potential for this in all people. I like the way that it comes full circle to the instruction worker.
